Regus Works to Reduce Commute Time in Atlanta

Nobody likes to sit in traffic, even if you are listening to a motivating motivational message to make the most of your time. But if live, work and play in cities like Miami, Los Angeles or Atlanta, sitting in traffic is an undeniable fact of life. It can take an hour – or more – to drive just a few miles, morning and night.

If this sounds like you, you are not alone. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 2.8 million people commute to work 90 minutes or more each day, in each direction. (Sort of makes me glad I work from a home office, where the commute time is zilch.)

Some cities are worse than others. In Forbes magazine’s 2010 “Best and Worst Cities for Commuters,” Salt Lake City, Buffalo and Rochester are listed among the best. Atlanta, Detroit and Tampa are listed among the worst.
